All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Shipping estimates vary on where you are located! Packages will take longer to reach Hawaii than if you live in a state close to where I am (Kentucky). USPS quotes about 3-8 business days for domestic delivery, but again, due to external factors out of our hands, this is just an estimate.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for me to process your order after you receive your order confirmation email. I make every effort to package your prints as quickly as possible, but remember that I am only one person (and artist) doing all of the processing, printing, and packaging! That being said, visit the ORDER ISSUES tab if you have any inquiries or problems with your order. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number so that you can check your package’s status! (please bear in mind that for international shipping, USPS stops tracking after it reaches the customs of the country it is being shipped to). If your package hasn’t moved or been received for some time, email me at emmawagnerart@gmail.com and I’ll look into for you!

To answer a common question: Yes! I ship worldwide! However, please read the following if you are an international customer. Due to COVID-19, shipping can be delayed as the companies are working on getting back on track. I offer UPS and USPS international shipping. If shipping with USPS, tracking stops once your order reaches the customs of your country.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES ARE NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. It may be beneficial for you to check on your countries fees for international imports before ordering as I do not cover those costs.

All of my artwork is printed on high quality premium matte paper. The paper is quite thick and has a smooth matte surface, so they look good when displayed as they are or framed! If you want to put them up on the wall as is, I personally recommend using painters tape, scotch tape, or poster strips to ensure that the back doesn’t get damaged. All of my prints are stamped on the back for authenticity and come with a sheet of acid free archival glassine over them for safe transportation and extra protection.

13 x 19 in [33.02 X 48.26 cm] - comes with a small white border

8 x 10 in [20.32 X 25.4 cm] - borderless

5 x 7 in [12.7 X 17.78 cm] - borderless

I begin my process by doing research on the character as well as putting together/sourcing outfits that I feel fit their personality. Once I have my references and research put together, I use the app Procreate on the iPad Pro 2020 [with the 2nd gen apple pencil] to create the piece. Each piece takes me an average of 5-8 hours to draw (not including research done beforehand) so you can imagine how often I work to create art, run a business, and update social media at a reasonable pace! As of right now, I have a drop with new prints as well as restocked prints on the first of every month. Please take into account that there is a limited number of prints and they tend to sell out fast. You can subscribe to my mailing list in which I send out reminders for drops and restocks.

If your order hasn’t arrived or moved at all for a while, you accidentally put in the wrong information, your order has arrived, but you got the wrong print, or are missing a print, please email me at emmawagnerart@gmail.com and I will get back to you as soon as I can! Remember, The post office isn’t perfect and neither am I, so your patience and understanding is deeply appreciated! I want you all to receive your orders just as much as you want to get them so don’t hesitate in contacting me if there is an issue.
